Thursday Night NFL Week 12 Lines For 11/21/2013

New Orleans (-7.5, 52.5) at Atlanta 8:25 PM EST
Week 12 of the NFL season kicks off Thursday night on NFL network. The AFC South leading New Orleans Saints (8-2, SU, 6-4 ATS)   take on the Atlanta Falcons (2-8, SU, ATS) in an AFC South tilt. The Saints have Carolina on their heels in the NFC South and will look to take care of business against a disappointing Atlanta squad that has lost four games in a row.

Sunday Week 12 NFL Lines & Odds For 11/24/2013

Tampa Bay at Detroit (-8.5, 48) 1:00 PM EST
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-8 SU, ATS) head to the motor city to take on the Detroit Lions. Detroit is coming off a 10 point loss at Pittsburgh where they found themselves shut out in the second half. After starting the season 0-8, Tampa Bay has won two in a row. Last week’s victory against Atlanta saw running back Bobby Rainey score 3 touchdowns, 2 rushing and 1 receiving, and rushing for 163 yards.

Jacksonville at Houston (-10, 43) 1:00 PM EST
Two of the AFC South’s worst teams square in in Houston as the Jacksonville Jaguars (1–9 SU, 2–8 ATS) take on the Houston Texans. Jacksonville came back down to earth last week as Arizona’s Carson Palmer torched the Jaguars for 419 yards. The Texans (2–8 SU, 2–8 ATS) lost at home to the Oakland Raiders with rookie Matt McGloin at the helm. Houston hasn’t won a game since week 2.

San Diego at Kansas City (-5, 41.5) 1:00 PM EST
The Kansas City Chiefs (9–1 SU, 6–4 ATS) look to rebound from their first loss of the season as they take on the struggling San Diego Chargers. San Diego (4-6 SU, 5-4-1 ATS) has lost three straight, and are in danger of putting themselves out of playoff contention. Kansas City returns home after losing to Denver on Sunday night. It was the first contest all season where the Chiefs defense did not register a sack. In a quick turnaround, Kansas City hosts Denver next Sunday.

Minnesota at Green Bay (NL) 1:00 PM EST
The Green Bay Packers (5-5 SU, 4-6 ATS) take on the Minnesota Vikings (2-8 SU, 4-6 ATS) in an NFC North contest. Green Bay has lost three in a row, but luckily for them they are only a game out of the NFC North lead. It is reported that quarterback Scott Tolzien will get the start for the injured Aaron Rodgers. Minnesota is at the bottom of the division, and last last week at Seattle 41-20.

Carolina at Miami (NL) 1:00 PM EST
The Carolina Panthers (7-3 SU, 7-3 ATS) will take their 6 game win streak into Miami to take on the Dolphins. The Panthers got the job again last night, defeating the Patriots 24-20 and are currently a game behind the Saints in the NFC North. The Dolphins (5-5 SU, 5-5 ATS) are trying to get ‘Bullygate’ out of their heads, and got back to .500 with a win over San Diego last Sunday 20-16. Miami is currently 2 games back of division leader New England.

Pittsburgh at Cleveland (-2.5, 41.5) 1:00 PM EST
Old AFC North rivals will meet in Cleveland as the Browns take on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Cleveland (4–6 SU, 5–5–1 ATS) suffered one of their worse losses of the year last Sunday as they lost at Cincinnati 41-20. Pittsburgh (4-6 SU, 4-6 ATS) got back in the win column on Sunday with a wild win over the Detroit Lions. Both the Steelers and Browns are in a 3 way tie with Baltimore in the AFC North.

Chicago at St. Louis (-1, 46) 1:00 PM EST

The Chicago Bears (6-4 SU, 2-6-2) will try to keep pace with Detroit in the NFC North as they head to St. Louis to take on the Rams. The Bears won in overtime over the Baltimore Ravens 23-20 in a game that saw a 2 hour weather delay. St. Louis (4-6 SU, 5-4-1) is coming off the bye week, and had previously beaten the Colts in Indianapolis with a shocking 38-8 win.

New York (A) at Baltimore (-4, 40.5) 1:00 PM EST
Both the New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens will look to get back into the win column when they meet on Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore. The Jets (5-5 SU, 6-4 ATS) were lackluster last Sunday as they were routed by the Buffalo Bills 37-14, in a game where quarterback threw three interceptions, on returned for a touchdown. The Ravens (4-6 SU, 5-4-1 ATS) lost a heartbreaker in overtime at Chicago 23-20, where the weather played a significant roll resulting in a two hour delay.

Tennessee at Oakland (-1.5, 40.5) 4:05 PM EST
The Tennessee Titans will try to rebound from their Thursday night loss to the Colts as they face the Oakland Raiders. The Titans (4-6 SU, 5-3–2 ATS) are currently three games back in the AFC South and are in danger of falling out of the playoff picture. The Raiders (4–6 SU, 7–3 ATS) are coming off a win at Houston that saw rookie Matt McGloin throw 3 touchdowns in his first NFL start.

Indianapolis at Arizona (-2.5, 44.5) 4:05 PM EST
The Arizona Cardinals (6-4 SU, 6-4 ATS) have won three straight, and are currently tied for second in the NFC West. They will look to keep pace in the division as the host the AFC South leading Indianapolis Colts. The Colts (7-3 SU, 5-4-1) put their ugly loss to St. Louis behind them coming up victorious over Tennessee last Thursday night 30-27. Carson Palmer threw for a season high 419 yards against Jacksonville, with the main recipient being Michael Floyd, with 6 receptions for 193 yards.

Dallas at New York (N) (-2.5, 46.5) 4:25 PM EST
In what will be a pivotal NFC East matchup, the Dallas Cowboys will head to Meadowlands to take on the New York Giants. Don’t look know, but after the 0-6 start, the Giants have risen from the dead. New York (4–6 SU, 4–6 ATS) won their fourth game in a row with a 27-13 victory. Dallas (5-5 SU, 7-3) comes into this matchup off the bye week and significant injuries on defense. Before going into the bye, the Cowboys were blown out in New Orleans 49-17.

Denver (NL) at New England 8:30 PM EST
Tom Brady and Peyton Manning meet for the fourteenth time in their illustrious careers as the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots clash in a marquee AFC matchup. Denver (9–1 SU, 6–4 ATS) comes in to Sunday night with the lead in the AFC West, defeating Kansas City 27-17 last Sunday. New England (7–3 SU, 5–3 ATS) will try to bounce back from a loss at Carolina that ended in a controversial call, or non-call as time expired. The Patriots currently have a two game lead in the AFC East.

Monday Night Football Week 9 NFL Lines For 11/25/2013

San Francisco (-4, 47.5) at Washington 8:40 PM EST
The San Francisco 49ers (6–4 SU, 7–3 ATS) are currently in the midst of a two game losing streak, and will look to right the ship as they take on the Washington Redskins. The 49ers appeared to have the game won in New Orleans last Sunday when Ahmad Brooks sacked Drew Brees and forced a fumble. Unfortunately, a personal foul was called, which lead to New Orleans to tie the game up, and eventually win on a last second field goal. The Redskins (3–7 SU, 3–7 ATS), losers of two in a row, are in danger of falling out of contention in the NFC West. A late comeback attempt last Sunday was unsuccessful as they fell to the Eagles 24-16.

List of Week 12 NCAA Football Lines Can Be Found At The Bottom of Post
This article is written based off the week 12 NCAA football betting lines as of 10:30 AM on 11/12.
The complete list and more up to date week 12 football odds can be found at the bottom of this post.

Week 12 of the 2013 college football season is here and with 11 weeks now in the books, the current BCS picture is starting to get clearer. There are quite a few key conference matchups in the PAC-12, Big Ten, and SEC that will have significant impact on the postseason bowl picture and some interesting week 11 game lines to look as.

Thursday, November 14, 2013
(Full List of Thursday Lines Below)

Georgia Tech at #8 Clemson (-10.5) 7:30 PM EST

The triple option attack of Georgia Tech travels to South Carolina to face the #8 ranked Clemson Tigers and what is sure to be a high-scoring affair. Georgia Tech, currently leading the ACC Coastal division will need their best defense of effort of the year to try and slow down Tajh Boyd and the high octane offense of the Tigers. Clemson won last year’s matchup between these teams 47–31.

Friday, November 15, 2013
(Full List of Friday Lines Below)

Washington at #13 UCLA (-2.5) 9:00 PM EST

The Washington Huskies will travel to Pasadena to face the UCLA Bruins and a key PAC–12 matchup. The UCLA Bruins are fresh off a big road victory at Arizona 31–26. The Huskies should be well rested after coasting to a 59–7 home victory against Colorado.

Saturday, November 16, 2013
(Full List of Friday Lines Below)

Indiana at #22 Wisconsin (-20.5) 12:00 PM EST

The Indiana Hoosiers will be looking to pull the upset when they travel to Camp Randall to face the Wisconsin Badgers. It will be a matchup of two different styles of offense. The high flying aerial attack of Indiana against the high powered rushing attack of the Badgers. Wisconsin won last year’s contest blowing out Indiana 62–14.

#25 Georgia at #7 Auburn (-3.5) 3:30 PM EST

The marquee matchup in the SEC will be the ‘Deep South’s oldest rivalry’ as #25 Georgia faces #7 Auburn at Jordan–Hare stadium in Auburn, Alabama. It’s pretty much a role reversal compared to last year’s matchup as Auburn is the team with BCS aspirations while Georgia has had one of the more disappointing seasons in recent memory. This year’s matchup will certainly be more competitive than the 38–0 blowout Georgia dealt Auburn last year.

Syracuse at #2 Florida State (-38) 3:30 PM EST

Florida State will look to stay on the path to Pasadena as they host ACC newcomer Syracuse. The last time these two schools met was back in 2005 as Florida State one 38–14. Florida State’s dominance has been well-documented, in the past five games they’ve won by an average of 43 points per game.

#12 Oklahoma State (-3) at #24 Texas 3:30 PM EST

Oklahoma State, winners of five in a row will travel to Austin to face the Texas Longhorns. The Cowboys offense has been clicking on all cylinders as of late, as they’ve scored an average of 50.6 points per game in the last three games. The Longhorns are coming off a thrilling 47–40 victory at West Virginia. Oklahoma State will need to be focused as they host #5 Baylor next week.

Texas Tech at #5 Baylor (-26.5) 7:00 PM EST

Undefeated Baylor, coming off a big 29 point victory against Oklahoma; will try to keep their BCS hopes alive as they take on struggling Texas Tech at AT&T Stadium in Dallas. Texas Tech recently dropped out of the top 25, losing their third game in a row against Kansas State 49–26. Baylor won this matchup last year in an overtime thriller 52-45.

#1 Alabama (-25.5) at Mississippi State 7:00 PM EST
The #1 ranked Alabama Crimson will take on the Mississippi State Bulldogs in an SEC contest. The Tide are coming off one of their bigger wins of the year over LSU 38-17. The Bulldogs had an impressive offensive output last week but came up short against Texas A&M, 51-41. Alabama won this contest last year 38-7.

#4 Stanford (-3.5) at USC 8:00 PM EST

The #4 ranked Stanford Cardinal look to keep their BCS hopes alive as they visit rival USC. Last week, Stanford dominated Oregon, rushing for 272 yards en route to a 26-20 victory. The USC Trojans are possibly playing their best football of the season. The Trojans have won 3 straight, including an impressive 31-14 road victory in Corvallis against Oregon State. The Trojans will most certainly come in motivated, as they have lost the last four against the Cardinal.

Giants vs. PackersWe know what we’re thankful for on this Thanksgiving week, and that’s a whole heck of a lot of football betting action! Here at Bankroll Sports, we are analyzing the Week 12 NFL odds and making our NFL Week 12 picks for the best games on the docket for the week ahead.

Of course, we have to start on Thanksgiving Day, where there are a lot of road teams that are showing some tremendous promise. In fact, in a somewhat rare twist, all six of the teams that are going to be playing on Turkey Day this year at least have a puncher’s chance at making the playoffs.

First timers of Thanksgiving Day football, the Houston Texans are going to be taking on the Detroit Lions at Ford Field. These are two teams that are headed in opposite directions right now, as the Texans are as hot as could be, while the Lions have dropped two in a row and might be in some massive trouble when push comes to shove. This is probably a must win for Detroit, especially with the NFL schedule that lies ahead, but matters don’t really look all that good for it, knowing that it is a three-point home dog to a superior Houston outfit.

The Cowboys are the other regulars on Thanksgiving Day, but the difference between them and the Lions is that they generally win. Detroit generally loses. The Cowboys are the only of the three home teams that are favored on Thanksgiving Day, as they are giving 3.5 to the Washington Redskins. The winner of this one is going to be in second place in the NFC East, while the loser will drop to third. Both teams are still chasing the Giants though, and both know that this is a great chance this week to try to cut the deficit in the division.

The last game of the night features the New England Patriots and the New York Jets. This clash ended with a New England victory in overtime the first time out this year, and both are gearing up for another close one. The Pats opened this one up at -6.5 before the news that TE Rob Gronkowski might miss the rest of the regular season with a broken forearm. Odds have it, the adjustment will be minor, but definitely will be at least in the backs of the minds of NFL bettors before they place their football bets in this one.

Sunday’s slate of action still has a lot of question marks at the moment. The Chicago Bears and Pittsburgh Steelers still don’t know what the heck is going on with QB Jay Cutler and QB Ben Roethlisberger respectively, though we have a hunch that both will sit. The Bears take on the Minnesota Vikings in a crucial game that will likely help decide whether either of these teams are going to be able to hang around for the rest of the year. Pittsburgh faces the Cleveland Browns in a sandwich game between the loss to the Ravens and the road game in Baltimore in lucky Week 13.

The showcase game of the weekend will be one of the late afternoon games. The San Francisco 49ers — most likely with QB Alex Smith — are going to have to go on the road to the Bayou to take on the New Orleans Saints, who are quietly back to .500 and quietly just a game out of the playoffs after a disastrous 0-4 start to the season. Interim Head Coach Joe Vitt knows that this is probably the biggest coaching game of his career, and he very well could be auditioning for another big time job here in the spotlight of Sunday night. The game has opened at a pick ’em, and it should be quite a great battle between arguably the best offense and arguably the best defense in the conference.

Not to be outdone is Sunday Night Football between the New York Giants and the Green Bay Packers. The G-Men are in control of the NFC East, but regardless of what happens on Thursday in Big D, the gap in the division will be a heck of a lot tighter if this one is lost. QB Eli Manning has played terrible football of late, while QB Aaron Rodgers continues to impress and might be the best quarterback that football has to offer. This is a rematch of the NFC Divisional playoff game from last year, one in which the G-Men came to Lambeau Field and beat the snot out of the Packers. Especially off of their bye week, this is why New York is laying 2.5 to Green Bay.

Unfortunately, the week ends with a dud of a game on Monday Night Football, as the Philadelphia Eagles host the Carolina Panthers. Both Head Coach Andy Reid and Head Coach Ron Rivera know that they are on some pretty hot seats right now, and the loser of this one is only going to be in worse shape. QB Nick Foles is almost certainly going to have to start once again in place of the injured QB Michael Vick, but there is still a supreme confidence that Philly, even after that dismal showing last week in our nation’s capitol, will be able to come up with a win. Philly is -2.5 against the Panthers.

**Click Here for the Best Sports Betting System in the World**

The theme of the week is close NFL point spreads. There are only three games all week long that showcase games that are featuring teams that are greater than -3.5. The Cincinnati Bengals are getting the nod by 7.5 over the Oakland Raiders in their quest for the postseason, while the team at the head of the class in the AFC West, the Denver Broncos, are the biggest favorites of the week at -10 on the road against the hapless Kansas City Chiefs.

Aside from that though, everything is expected to be close. Potential AFC playoff teams are seemingly all going on the road this weekend. We’ve already discussed New England and Houston, but they clearly aren’t the only team that might have some problems on enemy soil. The Baltimore Ravens visit the San Diego Chargers and are laying 2.5 points, while the Steelers should be short favorites against the Browns as discussed earlier. Meanwhile, that could open the door for the Indianapolis Colts to get back in control in the AFC Wild Card race, as it hosts the Buffalo Bills. If the Bills are going to get back into the chase though, this is a game that has to be won. The oddsmakers are insinuating that this could be close though, knowing that the visitors are only getting a field goal after watching Indy get blown away by the Patriots last weekend.

The other major showcase game in the NFC this weekend sees the Tampa Bay Buccaneers going against the Atlanta Falcons. This is a tremendous opportunity for Tampa Bay to assert itself as a legitimate player in the role for the NFC title this year. The team is lined at a pick ’em to open up the week at home against arguably one of the best few teams in the league. The Falcons have been undervalued all year long though, and all they keep doing is winning. Still, they’re 9-1, and many have to think that they are going to get beaten in this one by a truly surging team.

The highest ‘total’ of the weekend thus far on the board is the 52.5 of the Bills and the Colts. In all likelihood, that will hold, and it might be the only ‘total’ that settles in the 50s this week. However, the Jets and Patriots started off the week at 50 as well. There are two games in the 30s as well, neither of which we have discussed quite yet. The Miami Dolphins and the Seattle Seahawks are expected to reach just 37.5 points, while the Hawks are laying a point and a half on the road. The Arizona Cardinals, giving two to the St. Louis Rams in the desert, also only figure to play in a game that features just 37.5 points.

It’s going to be quite the interesting weekend of college football betting action this week, and there are a number of tremendously important games on the slate, including some awesome rivalry showdowns.

The biggest rivalry on the Week 12 schedule pits the USC Trojans against the UCLA Bruins. The winner of this game will almost certainly go on to win the Pac-12 South Division to play the Oregon Ducks at Autzen Stadium for the right to go to the Rose Bowl. Both teams still have those Rose Bowl dreams even if that game is lost though, as the second team in the Pac-12 might be heading to Pasadena anyway, knowing that the Ducks at that point would likely be going to the BCS National Championship Game. UCLA has its best shot in years to take down the Men of Troy, and if it were to be the case, it would be a colossal shift in the culture in the city of Los Angeles and in college football on the West Coast as we know it. The Bruins are getting just 3.5 points, easily the fewest that they have gotten in years in this rivalry.

Speaking of those Ducks though, they have a big one in front of them on the weekend as well, as they are taking on the Stanford Cardinal. Last year, the Quack Attack was able to go on the road and derail the National Championship hopes for QB Andrew Luck and the Cardinal, and they’re going to hope to basically knock the Cardinal out of the Rose Bowl this year. The loser of this one is going to see some big time dreams demolished. We’ve already seen Stanford go on the road this year to South Bend, and the team really had the Fighting Irish dead to rights. Intimidation won’t be a factor in spite of the fact that the Cardinal are getting a 20.5-point head start on the college football betting odds.

Further down the rotation schedule, the Kansas State Wildcats, freshly armed with their brand spanking new No. 1 ranking in the country, will try their hand at the Baylor Bears on the road. The trip to Waco won’t be easy, as the Bears need two wins in their final three games just to get a bowl game, and they have been stingy against virtually everyone they have faced this year. This 11th game is the one where the Oklahoma State Cowboys tripped last year, and the hope is that this isn’t going to be the same case here for the Wildcats, who really seem destined to be playing for all of the marbles in January. Still, the oddsmakers aren’t showing supreme confidence here in the Cats, as they are favored by just a dozen in a very loseable clash.

The other of the undefeated teams, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, shouldn’t have all that tough of a time with the Wake Forest Demon Deacons in one of their easier games of the year. The Deacs need to find another win somewhere to make it to a bowl game, but time is running out for that to happen. They’re not likely to win this one though, as they are +23.5 on Saturday afternoon in the home finale for the Golden Domers.

We really aren’t expecting all that much of a shake up in the BCS rankings this week, knowing that most of the other teams in the Top 15 in the land are playing a bunch of nobodies. Some of the biggest favorites of the weekend are all in the SEC due to the fact that they are largely all playing FCS foes. The No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide are -50.5 against Western Carolina, the No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs are -36.5 against Georgia Southern, and the No. 6 Florida Gators are -33.5 against Jacksonville State. South Carolina is also favored by 35 over Wofford. In fact, the only team ranked from No. 4 down to No. 10 that isn’t favored by at least 31 points this weekend is the LSU Tigers, who are laying 18.5 against the Ole Miss Rebels.

There are though, some crucial clashes in conferences. The Florida State Seminoles will win the ACC Atlantic Division if they can beat the Maryland Terrapins as 31-point favorites, while the Clemson Tigers will win it if Florida State loses and they can cover the NC State Wolfpack at -17.

Home field advantage in the Conference USA Championship Game will be decided when the Tulsa Golden Hurricane host the UCF Knights in the first of what will be two meetings of these teams this year in all likelihood. Tulsa is laying a field goal in that game. Meanwhile in the WAC, the Utah State Aggies are actually favored over the 20th ranked Louisiana Tech Bulldogs by a field goal even though that game is being played in Ruston. If the Aggies win that game, the last ever WAC title will go to them. La Tech though, still has its sights set on the BCS if it can win out and get some massive amounts of help.

The biggest favorite this week on the college football point spreads is Florida State at -31 in games between two FBS foes, while Alabama is the heaviest favorite overall at -50.5. The highest ‘total’ of the weekend is the the 75.5 in the game between the Houston Cougars and Marshall Thundering Herd. Honorable mention goes to the 74s that are on the board in the two big Big XII games of the day, those between the Oklahoma Sooners and the West Virginia Mountaineers, as well as the aforementioned Kansas State/Baylor game. The lowest ‘total’ is set at 43 for the Fighting Irish’s clash against Wake Forest.

Fantasy Football picks are here at Bankroll Sports this year, and we are going to try to make the most of your NFL props betting options at BoDog Sportsbook by giving you some of the best fantasy football sleepers in Week 12!

Michael Jenkins vs. Atlanta Falcons
This is going to be an interesting week for the Minnesota offense without RB Adrian Peterson in the fold. WR Percy Harvin could be used more as a running back than anything else, and either way, QB Christian Ponder is likely going to have to put the ball in the air to get the job done against an Atlanta defense that typically excels against the run. The Falcons defense ranks No. 25 against fantasy wide receivers this year, and after DB Dunta Robinson, there really isn’t a heck of a lot out there in terms of defensive backs. Don’t be surprised if Jenkins, who has seen increased looks over the course of the last several weeks turns out to be a top target of Ponder’s on Sunday.

Harry Douglas vs. Minnesota Vikings
The Vikes have a miserable secondary, and they really don’t have the corners to be able to match up with QB Matt Ryan. Douglas has 16 catches and over 290 yards over the course of his last four games, and in one of those games, he didn’t have a catch because of WR Julio Jones’ massive game against Indy. The former Louisville Cardinal has a great chance to get the job done on Sunday. He doesn’t have a touchdown this year, but he does have a tremendous amount of big plays, and this could be the week that he breaks one into the end zone.

Joseph Addai vs. Carolina Panthers
If there is a week that you are going to want to use any of the Colts in your fantasy football lineup, this is probably the week to do it. Addai has been nursing a hamstring injury, but he is expected to give it a go this week. Be sure to check your injury report first. If Addai is out, you might want to give Delone Carter a shot this weekend. No matter who is going against the Panthers, the running backs seem to be picking up slews of yards and lots of touchdowns. Carolina ranks dead last in the league against running backs from a fantasy standpoint, and though Indianapolis seems to be rather anemic on the ground on a regular basis, this could be the week that everything changes.

Dustin Keller vs. Buffalo Bills
Keller hasn’t found the end zone since Week 2, and he really hasn’t had a remarkable game since Week 3, but he did have four catches for 64 yards against the Bills just three weeks ago. Now, the Jets are back at home, and the Buffalo defense doesn’t look all that much better. Against the Broncos last week, Keller had five receptions for 40 yards and a slew of looks, including a few in the red zone. The Bills tend to look like a mess right now, and we don’t think that they are going to be able to keep the Jets out of the zone all that often. We’ll take our chances on Keller at tight end if we’re in a bit of a bind.

For the second straight week, there are a ton of potential playoff teams that are catching a slew of points over the course of the weekend, with most of the damage potentially coming on Sunday in Week 12.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are hitting the road at the New York Giants, and it is shocking to see the AFC South leaders underdogs by 8.5 points on the day. The Jags have been on a roll and finding ways to win games late, so we would expect nothing more than a close game, particularly considering the fact that the G-Men are going to be playing without WR Hakeem Nicks. They’re also on a two game slide after winning five in a row, and it will be very interesting to see how they react to being on the outside of the playoff picture for the first time in a number of weeks after last week’s defeat to the Philadelphia Eagles.

The other team that is really catching our attention as a hefty underdog is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The men from the Sunshine State are heading up to M&T Bank Field, where they’ll meet the Baltimore Ravens. Both of these teams are 7-3 through ten games, and both know that they are safe for the time being for a spot in the playoffs. However, what we don’t know is whether either one will be able to hold on or not. Baltimore has been dominating at times this year, but the Bucs are a big question mark. They’ve beaten every team that they were “supposed to” beat this season, but have been destroyed by some of the best teams on their slate. An upset at 7.5 point underdogs would go a long way towards validating the season that Tampa Bay has had.

If it’s the fourth Thursday in the month of November, you know that it’s Thanksgiving, and that means a ton of NFL betting action for you! Here at Bankroll Sports, we’ll make our Week 12 NFL picks for all three of the biggest games on the board on Thursday.

The most interesting duel could be the one in Dallas, where the suddenly resurgent Dallas Cowboys are going to take on the defending champs, the New Orleans Saints. If the ‘Boys can take down this game, they could reasonably be within shouting distance of the second season once again, though they are going to have a tough time going against a New Orleans squad that is still trying to hunt down the lead in the NFC South. QB Drew Brees and company watched their perfect season go up in flames in a primetime, nationally televised game at home against the Cowboys last year, and they would love nothing more than to return the favorite and kick Dallas to the curb once and for all in their biggest spectacle game of the season, the Thanksgiving Day showdown. New Orleans is favored by a field goal.

The other two games should be featuring blowouts if the oddsmakers are correct. The New England Patriots travel to the Detroit Lions, where they are laying a touchdown. In the nightcap, the New York Jets will host the first Thanksgiving Day game ever in the Meadowlands. They are 8.5 point favorites, tied for the biggest chalks on the board, at home against the slumping Cincinnati Bengals, who have dropped six in a row.

Playoff ramifications will be on the line in the Windy City and in the Peach State on Sunday afternoon. The Chicago Bears are 7-3, but no one is believing that they stand a chance against the Philadelphia Eagles at home. They’re 3.5 point pups. Meanwhile in Atlanta, a place where QB Matt Ryan has lost a total of one game that he has started in his career, the Atlanta Falcons are narrow two point favorites against the Green Bay Packers. These teams have the four best records in the league, as they are all 7-3, save the Falcons, who are 8-2, and these could all be potential playoff previews to boot.

The 2010 college football betting campaign has just three weeks left, and this could be the most intense week of the campaign to date.

The Big Ten is going to be the conference with the most pressure on it over the course of the day on Saturday. No one is expecting the Michigan State Spartans to struggle this weekend, as they are playing the Purdue Boilermakers at home. Purdue still really doesn’t have a heck of a lot of offensive options, while the Spartans know that they very well could just be two wins away from the Rose Bowl. The Wisconsin Badgers are heading to the Big House as well to take on the Michigan Wolverines.

The big game of the day in this conference though, involves the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Iowa knows that its Rose Bowl hopes probably went up in flames last week with a loss to the Northwestern Wildcats. The Buckeyes are probably in the driver’s seat for the time being, though they know that they do still need some help to Pasadena once again. Losing this game probably takes away any opportunity to do anything better than go to the Capital One Bowl or the Outback Bowl. The Buckeyes are three point favorites at Kinnick Stadium, a place where they have really historically struggled.

The ACC Atlantic Division is up in the air right now, as the Florida State Seminoles and Maryland Terrapins both think that they are still on their way to the conference championship game. The Terps know that they are two wins away from winning the Atlantic Division, but they are probably going to be underdogs in their final two games of the campaign, both of which are played at home. The Noles, who need to win out and get a loss from the North Carolina State Wolfpack, are favored by four points on the road.

Meanwhile, NC State is a 2.5 point underdog on the road to the North Carolina Tar Heels in one of the week’s biggest games.

The ACC Coastal Division will be decided on Saturday if the chalk holds up. The Virginia Tech Hokies are 2.5 point favorites at the Miami Hurricanes. If V-Tech wins, it will officially be back on the map, one win away from a place in the Orange Bowl, in a season that could have been a certified disaster after losing to the James Madison Dukes way back in Week 2 of the year. The Canes need to win out and have the Hokies lose their ACC finale to go to their first ever ACC Championship Game.

In the Big East, the Pitt Panthers are trying to get back on the horse in conference play, as they know that they can win out and go to the Fiesta Bowl. However, stopping in Tampa Bay against the South Florida Bulls is never an easy task, as is demonstrated by the fact that they are only 2.5 point favorites on the afternoon.

The SEC doesn’t have a heck of a lot of action on Saturday, as most of the teams are getting ready for their rivalry games next week. Two of the big foes, the Arkansas Razorbacks and LSU Tigers are both in action though, and both could be facing some tough tests from two other rivals. The Hogs are traveling to the Mississippi State Bulldogs in the SEC West, while the Bayou Bengals are at home against the Mississippi Rebels. Arkansas is a 3.5 point favorite, while LSU is the choice of the oddsmakers by 16 points. Should either of the favorites lose, they will be knocked out of the running for a BCS bowl game, and in the case of the Tigers, for the BCS National Championship as well.

Once again, the biggest favorites on the weekend are the Nevada Wolf Pack, who are favored by 37.5 points against the hapless New Mexico State Aggies. The Boise State Broncos are 30.5 point chalks at home against the Fresno State Bulldogs in one of the biggest tests that it has to face this year.
