4/19/2009: (Negative) SportBet has been acquired by a new company and are now under new ownership and management. We have dropped their overall rating from an A- to a B+. The reason for this grade change is due to the fact that their new marketing department has not made this transition very smooth. We have not received clarification on a few things and are not yet sure if our exclusive bonus offers are still valid. Also, current players are reporting customer service issues with this new transition and are having issues of their own. Due to the things we have mentioned, their customer service rating and their bonus size ratings have been reduced. We will keep you apprised with the latest developments. We are now advising our players to avoid opening new Sportbet acccount until we get further clarification on our concerns regarding our players and bonus offers. If things do not improve quickly, Sportbet will be removed & replaced by a new book that we are in talks with.
