11/29/2008: (Negative) Our staff has had to step in for two customers in order to resolve payout issues. The first of the two issues was solved and customers needs were met. He received his payout with no further delay. However, in the second of two disputes, SportsBetting.com acted in a matter that Bankroll Sports does not approve of. In this case, the customer's funds were siezed by SportsBetting.com. The reason for SportsBetting.com seizing the funds was because the customer had more then one account with another affiliated book and he had the incorrect birthday listed on two of these account. They chose to resort to their terms of service which has a rule preventing customers from using multiple accounts to circumvent their book's limits. However, the TOS rule did not apply in this case. This book has been deducted from their reputation, service, and overall grade. We have checked them with a warning in this matter. Any future disputes could jepordize our endorsement in this book.
