The Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans are two of the four teams in the AFC South that enter Week 6 at 3-2. One of these two squads will be at least tied for, if not alone in the gutter at 3-3 when this one is over, while the winner will be a game up on at least the loser. Check out what we’ve got in store for Monday Night Football free prop picks!

Chris Johnson Over/Under 113.5 Yards
So far this season, when Johnson reaches the 100 yard barrier, the Titans have gone 3-0 both SU and ATS. When he hasn’t gotten there, they are 0-2 SU and ATS. This is man on a mission on a regular basis, and it’s awfully difficult to stop him when he gets 25 carries in a game like he normally does. The Jacksonville defense does rank No. 13 against the rush at 102.9 yards per game, but they really haven’t had a game quite yet against a team like this, as all five of the teams that it has faced this year have most certainly been pass first offenses. Needless to say, we’ll take our chances that Tennessee’s game plan hasn’t suddenly changed. Go with Johnson Over 113.5 rushing yards (-115 at Hollywood Sportsbook) on Monday Night Football.

Nate Washington Over/Under 40.5 Receiving Yards
We’ll start by saying this much: Washington most certainly has the capability of picking this up in just one play, so this prop is never going to be out of the question. Now, we’ll add into the equation the fact that Jacksonville ranks No. 29 of the 32 teams in the NFL, and save DB Rashean Mathis, there really isn’t a man in this secondary that we are afraid of. Washington might just need to get loose 1-2 times to be able to cash this prop. This is the favorite target of QB Vince Young, and as long as you remain patient and know that those 2-3 receptions are coming over the course of this game, you’ll be fine. Our NFL picks here? Go with Washington Over 40.5 receiving yards (-115 at Hollywood Sportsbook).

Longest Field Goal Over/Under 45.5 Yards
We’ve got two of the best field goal kickers in the game in this one, and neither HC Jack Del Rio nor HC Jeff Fisher is afraid to let him kicker boot one from 55 yards away. Heck, K Josh Scobee just booted the Jags to a win over the Indianapolis Colts with a 59 yard bomb as time expired! K Rob Bironas might have the best leg in the league as well, and he is quite often used as a weapon. Fisher knows that he can count on his kicker to pick up three points on virtually any drive that reaches the 30 yard line, and the offense won’t be afraid to get aggressive and go for TDs, knowing that those three points are virtually always in their back pockets. No doubt, one of these kickers will get a blast from at least 46 yards in this game. We’ll bet that they’ll nail it significantly more often than not as well. Go with there to be a field goal Over 45.5 Yards (+100 at Hollywood Sportsbook).

Will Marcedes Lewis Score a Touchdown?
We just need to remember one thing about this prop. This isn’t an NFL pick that needs to come through even half the time to become profitable. In fact, just 40% would more than do. If that’s the case, Lewis would need to score a TD in five of his final 11 games to make this prop worthwhile. We love the fact that the big tight end out of UCLA is making a name for himself in the red zone, as he is becoming the favorite target of QB David Garrard down there. If RB Maurice Jones-Drew is having problems getting through this defensive line, particularly in short yardage situations, the play action rollout has become a real weapon, and quite often, it is Lewis on the other side. This is a very aggressive Tennessee defense, and we tend to think that at least 40% of the time, Lewis is going to find himself in at least one position in the game in which he is wide open in the end zone. Don’t be afraid to go with Lewis to Score a Touchdown (+160 at Hollywood Sportsbook).

The New York Jets and Minnesota Vikings both have new weapons to be trying out at wide receiver this week. With both WR Randy Moss and WR Santonio Holmes in the fold for the first time, the oddsmakers might just be a step or two behind with the way that the NFL props are lined in this one. Check out our best NFL propositions for Monday Night Football props!

Will there be a score in the first 7 minutes of the game?
Don’t be shocked if Holmes and Moss try to get into the act early. We know that both of these defenses really have the ability to shine, but with so much emphasis coming on both rushing attacks, the passing games might be able to snare a cheap shot early on. Even just a 30-40 yard pass could set up a nice field goal opportunity in the first half of the first quarter. We’ll take our chances, regardless of who gets the ball first, that something special is going to happen early on to set up the first points of the game. Even though this one involves the Jets, a team that is typically impossible to bet “yes” with this prop, we have no hesitations in this one. Yes, there absolutely will be a score in the first 7:00 (-115 at Hollywood Sportsbook) on Monday Night Football.

Will Brett Favre throw an interception?
This is like taking candy from a baby. There are just a million reasons why Favre will get picked off in this one and virtually none saying that he won’t. For starters, Favre has already tossed six picks this year and he looks like a man that is once again going to throw 20-25 on the season. He is also facing one of the best ball hawking secondaries in the league with a healthy DB Darrelle Revis in the lineup. The pressure up front is always incredibly immense, and if RB Adrian Peterson can’t get anything going, Favre is going to be forcing balls into traffic. There’s no way that he makes it through this game without making a crucial mistake. Go with Favre to throw an interception (-240 at Hollywood Sportsbook).

Randy Moss Total Receptions Over/Under 4.5
Last week, we played this exact same prop against Moss when he was with the New England Patriots, but now, our tune is changing. The Vikings already know that an unhappy Randy Moss is a disgruntled Randy Moss. Fortunately, former HC Mike Tice’s idiotic “Randy Ratio” is gone, but the logic of “Get Randy the damn ball” is still in play. It seems like a foregone conclusion that the first play of the game will put the ball in No. 84′s hands, and we have a hard time thinking that, especially on the bright lights of Monday Night Football, that Moss isn’t coming up with a spectacular game now that he is with a team that wants him and badly needs him. It seems very likely that he goes Over 4.5 Receptions (+115 at Hollywood Sportsbook) in this battle against the Jets.

Mark Sanchez Over/Under 200.5 Passing Yards
The lack of confidence that the oddsmakers have in Sanchez in this one is a bit disturbing. HC Rex Ryan is building more and more confidence in his young signal caller with each week that he doesn’t turn the ball over like his predecessor. The front seven for Minnesota is one of the best in the NFL, and in spite of the fact that New York might try, try, and try again to force the ball on the ground through this purple defense, it probably won’t work all that much. At some point, the safeties and linebackers are going to have to be held with some play action passes, and with targets like Holmes, TE Dustin Keller, WR Braylon Edwards, and WR Jerricho Cotchery, we love “The Sanchise” and his chances on this one. Go with Sanchez Over 200.5 Passing Yards (-115 at Hollywood Sportsbook) versus the stout Minnesota front.

If you’re a fan of good old fashioned hard hitting football between two teams that just don’t like each other, this is the game for you! The Miami Dolphins and New England Patriots are sure to put on a real show on MNF this week, as they meet at Sun Life Stadium in a game that is absolutely crucial for both teams involved. Check out some of the NFL props for the game that we are keying in on to try to make you some great cash on the action!

Will there be a score in the first 6 1/2 minutes of the game?
Normally speaking, this prop would be set at 7:30, not 6:30, but due to the fact that this is the highest NFL betting ‘total’ on the board in Week 4, the number has come down just a tad. It won’t matter. The Dolphins now know that they can stretch the field quite a bit on the Pats, who seem to be relatively helpless defensive right now. With WR Brandon Marshall being used as an inviting target, big plays are very, very possible. We already know that the Brady Bunch has the top scoring offense in the game at 30.0 points per game, as QB Tom Brady and WR Randy Moss can hook up for a TD pass from anywhere on the field. Yes, there absolutely will be a score in the first 6:30 (-120 at Hollywood Sportsbook) on Monday Night Football.

Ronnie Brown Over/Under 65.5 Rushing Yards
Something is wrong with RB Ricky Williams right now. He doesn’t have a single carry this year for more than eight yards, and the end result might be more weight put onto the shoulders of RB Ronnie Brown. Brown is averaging well more than two yards per carry more than Williams is this year, and the defense on the other side of the field isn’t exactly known for its ability to stop the run, especially if you can bounce the ball outside and away from DT Vince Wilfork. Remember the MNF game last year when the Fins absolutely dominated time of possession against the Indianapolis Colts to try to keep QB Peyton Manning off the field? HC Tony Sparano knows that that would be a fantastic game plan to use on Monday night. Go with Brown Over 65.5 rushing yards (-115 at Hollywood Sportsbook).

Randy Moss Total Receptions Over/Under 4.5
Normally, it seems like a bit of a slam dunk for Moss to go ‘over’ this type of a number, but perhaps that shouldn’t be considered the case anymore. He only has nine total receptions on the season, and that’s due to the emergence of men like WR Julian Edelman, TE Rob Gronkowski, and TE Aaron Hernandez. Plus, age really isn’t helping Moss out any, as he is spending more and more plays on the sidelines when he isn’t being utilized. The Dolphins know that Moss is still a lethal deep threat though, and he is going to be a force to be reckoned with. Will Moss get his big play or two over the course of the game? Probably. However, especially if Miami does a great job of protecting the football, we have a hard time figuring how he is going to be getting to five receptions on the day unless he is really force fed the ball. That’s not a necessity for Brady and the offense anymore at this point in Moss’ career. Go with good ol’ Randy Under 4.5 Receptions (-120 at Hollywood Sportsbook) in this battle against the Dolphins.

Last week, neither the New Orleans Saints nor the San Francisco 49ers looked all that sharp. The difference is, the Saints found a way to win, while the 49ers were absolutely embarrassed by the Seattle Seahawks. Will this week be any different? Our NFL handicappers take a look at the NFL props for our Monday Night Football picks!

Will Frank Gore Score a Touchdown?
Gore had an absolutely atrocious game last week trying to get going against the Seattle front seven. This week, he should find the sledding just a tad easier against a New Orleans defense that is still prone to giving up a ton of yards and a boatload of points. Unlike other situations in the NFL, there is no doubt who is getting the ball by the goal line for the Niners when they’re down close. The University of Miami grad is going to be a key in this game, and if he doesn’t find the end zone at least once, the 49ers aren’t going to stand a chance of winning this game. Don’t think that HC Mike Singletary doesn’t know that either. Go with Gore to Score a TD (+115 at Hollywood Sportsbook) on Monday night.

Vernon Davis Over/Under 60.5 Receiving Yards
There could be a very, very soft underbelly for the New Orleans Saints in the form of defending the tight end. Last week, TE Visanthe Shiancoe absolutely tore them up, and he was the only man that really had no defense against the Minnesota Vikings. This week, QB Alex Smith’s favorite target is going to be his tight end once again, as TE Vernon Davis is one of the most underrated players in the league at this point. Don’t be overly shocked to see him go absolutely bananas in this game, especially after having a solid start to the season last week. We’d be quite surprised if he didn’t get to Over 60.5 receiving yards (-115 at Hollywood Sportsbook).

Reggie Bush Over/Under 55.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards
Last week, we didn’t get a huge look at what RB Reggie Bush could do against a very strong Minnesota front seven. This week, with the 49ers posing less of a challenge, there could be significantly more touches in store for the one time No. 2 pick in the NFL Draft. Bush would love a big game to silence his critics amongst all of this Heisman Trophy garbage from 2005. HC Sean Peyton knows that he really needs to put the ball in Bush’s hands at least ten times in this one, whether it be in the passing game or as a running back. If he does that, we’ll take our chances with Over 55.5 rushing and receiving yards (-115 at Hollywood Sportsbook).

NFL football betting fans will get their first taste of Monday Night Football action tonight! The Kansas City Chiefs will take on the San Diego Chargers in the nightcap, but in the main course, the Baltimore Ravens will face the New York Jets. Check out these prop picks for the first Monday of the year.

Ray Rice Over 80.5 Yards
Even though the Ravens are probably going to have more of a chance of focusing in on the passing game now that WR TJ Houshmanzadeh and WR Anquan Boldin are in the fray, that doesn’t mean that Rice isn’t going to be a dominating force this year. Without DL Calvin Pace in the lineup, the big boys up front are going to be thinner than normal for the Jets. Conventional wisdom suggests that New York, who had one of the best rush defenses in the NFL last year, would be able to shut Rice down. We tend to think otherwise. Rice Over 80.5 yards carries (-115 at Hollywood Sportsbook) is the choice for this prop.

Will Mark Sanchez Throw a TD or INT First?
The oddsmakers did a nice job making this line to try to throw you off. On one hand, it is clear that Sanchez threw more INTs than TDs last year. On the other, Baltimore is going to be crushed in the secondary with injuries. However, we still look at a guy like Ed Reed and the depth in that front seven and wonder how Sanchez is going to be finding ways to find the end zone either on the ground or through the air. That being said, the only team that can pressure a quarterback more than Baltimore might be the team on the other side of the field. If the Ravens can get to Sanchez as we expect, especially right up the middle in what could be a relatively shaky center of the Jets offensive line, Sanchez could be prone to multiple INTs in this one. Go with Sanchez to throw an INT first (-110 at Hollywood Sportsbook).

Longest TD of the Game Over/Under 43.5 Yards
Neither one of these offenses has the same type of firepower that they did last year on offense in terms of explosive plays, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t think there will be a long touchdown at any point over the course of this game. Remember that we have both special teams and defensive tuddies that count in here as well. Javier Arenas is going to want to make a great impression on his new team on kick and punt returns, and he was one of the most prolific returners in the history of college football. LaDainian Tomlinson is gone, but both RBs Ryan Mathews and Darren Sproles are potential home run hitters for the Bolts. We also know that new OC Charlie Weis is going to do the best he can to stretch the field and get some confidence in a relatively weak crop of receivers. We already know that his QB Matt Cassel certainly has the arm to make this work. At some point, there is bound to be at least one score that goes Over 43.5 yards (-115 at Hollywood Sportsbook).

Antonio Gates Over/Under 74.5 Receiving Yards
The bottom line here is that QB Philip Rivers is just more comfortable throwing the ball to his massive tight end than he is anywhere else, especially with WR Vincent Jackson still holding out. Yes, there will be plenty of dump offs to Mathews and Sproles out of the backfield, and WR Malcom Floyd might be in for a big day as well, but unless the Chiefs are going to use Eric Berry to shadow Gates the entire game, there could be a ton of holes in the middle of this defense. Look for HC Norv Turner to find ways to get Gates in some open space, even if that means lining him up at wide receiver from time to time. He’ll get at least ten looks in this game, and if that’s the case, he’ll come down with at least seven of the ten and easily fly past this number. Gates will well exceed Over 74.5 yards (-115 at Hollywood Sportsbook).

Last week in the NFL, scoring returned in a big way. After a couple weeks of really low scoring, there were a ton of points score in week 15. In fact, six different games had more than 50 points scored while 3 of those contests combined for more than 65 total point a piece. As a result, the over totals held an 8-6 advantage over the under totals this past weekend. However, heading into week 16 there is not a single game with a total over 49 which should be something to keep an eye on if scoring surges again. Another popular trend last week was the number of impressive road performances. The road teams were 8-5 SU last week. As a whole, road teams were 8-4-1 ATS against the home field advantage. It was also the first week in the month of December where the favored teams did not hold the advantage over the underdogs. The underdogs were also 8-4-1 ATS and road underdogs were even more impressive going 6-2 ATS. In fact, road underdogs are the big trend when looking at the week 16 NFL lines. Road teams will be underdogs in 14 of 16 contests this weekend. The only games that will feature away teams that are favored will be Sunday and Monday night featured NFC battles. However, the more important factor that will continue to shape out this week will be the postseason race. The NFC picture is becoming clearer, but the AFC race is still wide open with 6 different teams at 7-7 trying to fight their way into a wildcard spot. Check out all of those important playoff games with their respected betting lines below as we continue to approach the end of the NFL regular season. Last week in the NFL, our expected low scoring trend continued around the league as we have predicted.  The under totals were 8-4-1 compared to the over totals in week 14 of the NFL season. It was the 3rd week in a row where the under totals have outweighed the overs as defenses have controlled the tempo in later weeks. As for our other trends, favored teams took home an 8-5 mark ATS this week and home favorites were also fairly strong with a 5-3 mark ATS. The home vs. away teams battle has been back in forth all year and they actually split right down the middle at .500 for the week. Looking into the week 15 NFL lines, the playoff factor will likely play influence on our trends. One theme that is pretty consistent in the recent NFL lines is the number of home teams that are favored. Home teams are favored in 8 of the 12 contests, but do not let that fool you. There are a few away teams that really need to come through including the Dallas Cowboys, who will be 7 point underdogs against the Saints on Saturday night in a game that has an over/under total at the highest mark of the week;  holding steady at 53 ½. Also, the week fifteen NFL lines have a ton of games where teams are favored by a touchdown or more; which is rather unusual at this point in the season. In 8 of the 12 games the betting lines show a team favored by 7 points or more.  It is very likely that the outcomes will be much closer in some of those games meaning there are some sharp underdog plays to be made. The week 15 NFL betting will kickoff this Thursday night when the Indianapolis Colts put their undefeated campaign on the line against the Jaguars; a rematch that resulted in a close 14-12 win earlier this season for Peyton Manning and the mighty Colts. The week closes with the New York Giants on the road, trying to salvage postseason opportunities as they will be mere 3 point favorites over the Redskins on Monday Night Football. Check out all the other action in between those exciting games below as the week 15 NFL betting lines below are brought to you by BetUS Sportsbook where you can get a HUGE 100% Bonus (Up to $500) Using This Exclusive Link. Be sure to also check out the complete NFL playoff pitcure below to see which teams are still alive and which teams will be watching the playoffs on TV.

Once again scoring was low in the NFL as the under totals took a 10-5 winning margin against the over totals. Defense is especially becoming a bigger factor just ask the Minnesota Vikings who were shut down by the Arizona defense after being one of the hottest offenses in the NFL over the past few weeks. In fact, scoring is expected to drop again this week. Outside of the meeting between Dallas and San Diego, the highest over/under total stands at a measly 44 ½ mark. As far as other action is concerned, this was the first week in about a month where the home teams outshined the away teams against the spread. Home teams were 9-6 ATS vs. away foes and the home teams also won 10 out of the 16 overall contests throughout the weekend as well. Other interesting factors from week 13 include the underdogs vs. the favorites which have been back and forth over the past weeks. However, this past week was pretty close to the equilibrium as favored teams held a slight advantage over the underdogs at 7-6-2 mark ATS. The home teams have held a pretty sizeable advantage throughout the year as favorites each week against the away teams even though the results have been pretty equal. Looking at the week 14 NFL lines, again however, the home teams will be favored in 9 of the 14 games this weekend, with the exception of Buffalo at Kansas City which is listed at even money currently. Another important factor in the week 14 NFL lines is the playoff picture that will be really taking shape. There are 10 different games favored by a single score or less which may not be very surprising considering how many teams are in a “must win” scenario. However, there are 4 other games that currently are favored by double digits. Week 14 will start off with the defending Super Bowl Champions in the Pittsburgh Steelers who will be trying to salvage postseason hopes in a trip to Cleveland and the week will end as Arizona looks to clinch the NFC West at San Francisco. Take a look at all the other games in between as we head towards another exciting week of football. Lines can be found at BetUS Sportsbook as seen below.
